At NCFIT Iron Roots we deliver fitness for those that put in the effort to live a full and free life. We are a fast-growing gym looking for a Sales and Marketing Assistant to join our team. As the Sales and Marketing Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing efforts of the gym. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where you will be instrumental in driving the growth of the business.
RESPONSIBILITIEs
Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Create and manage social media content to engage with customers and build brand awareness
Develop and maintain relationships with local businesses and community groups to promote the gym and its services
Assist with the organization and execution of gym events, including competitions, workshops, and community events
Conduct sales outreach to potential customers via phone, email, and in-person
Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about the gym and its services
Track and analyze sales and marketing data to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and initiatives
Perform administrative tasks to support the sales and marketing team as needed
REQUIREMENTS
Preferred 1-2 years of experience in sales and marketing
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of social media platforms and content creation
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Strong organizational and time management skills
Passion for fitness and an active lifestyle
